By checking the agreement box at checkout and submitting payment, you agree to our Terms of Sale: once a payment is processed, it is not refundable for any reason.
Because website design is a custom service, we reserve time, tools, and capacity for your project as soon as you pay. Once a payment is processed, you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or reversal — including for change of mind, delays or failure to provide content or feedback, dissatisfaction, or a decision to cancel.
The $99.99/month Care Plan is required and keeps your site hosted, maintained, debugged, and running smoothly after launch. Canceling stops future billing at the end of the current cycle — there are no partial refunds for the current month, and without an active Care Plan we can no longer maintain or host your site.
One-time add-ons (logo design, copywriting, stock photos, rush delivery, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased. One exception we honor: if Rush Delivery doesn't deliver your site faster as promised, we refund the rush fee.
No refunds doesn't mean no support. Every package includes revision rounds during the build and a post-launch support window — if something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
Under our Terms of Sale you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. If something feels wrong, contact us first at river@flowstatecommerce.com — we're real people and we'll work it out directly.
